A: We offer free set up and delivery with jumper rental. (Additional delivery charge for non-jumper rental)

A: No, we do not require a deposit to reserve a unit.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept both cash and money order and personal check. (There is a $25 fee for returned checks)
Q: How long does it take to set up an inflatable jumper?
A: It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to set up and inflate.

Q: Once the jumper is inflated, can the blower be turned off?
A: No, The blower must stay on the entire time or the jumper will deflate.
Q: What type of surface can the jumper be placed on?
A: Grass, concrete or asphalt only.
Q: Can I have a jumper at a park?
A: You will need to check with the park to make sure they allow JUMPERS, etc. in the park. You (not us) are responsible for any permits or fees that are needed, if any
Q: Where will the power come from at a park?
A: Most parks do not have electrical resources that you can utilize. If not, you will need a power source (electric socket, generator, etc.)
Q: Do you charge an extra fee for the safety step on the jumpers?
A: No, all of our units are equipped with a built-in safety step for easy entrance and exit into the jumper.
Q: How far in advance should we make a reservation?
A: You should make a reservation as soon as possible, as our bouncers are very popular and can be booked up weeks in advance.
Q: How much room is needed for a jumper?
A: This will depend on the size of the jumper that is rented. (Example, we normally need approximately 14X14 feet with an over head of 17 feet for a 13x13 jumper)
Q: What time do you deliver and pickup the equipment?
A: We start our deliveries at 7:30am and pick them up when it gets dark. (Unless other arrangements are made in advance)
Q: What are my responsibilities as a renter of your equipment?
A: The adult must follow and advise those who use the equipment as to the proper usage and safety rules and the adult must enforce these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and care of the equipment.
